Coco Driving School
These terms cover your use of Coco Driving School’s booking service. Lessons are provided by Coco Driving School; this site is how you arrange them.
Booking and cancelling
A request holds your slot until your instructor accepts or declines it. You can cancel a lesson yourself up to the cancellation window shown on the lesson, which is currently 24 hours before it starts. Cancelling later than that may incur the late-cancellation fee shown on the lesson page. If Coco Driving School cancels a lesson, no fee applies and the time is released for you to rebook.
Getting to you
Your instructor travels to the pickup address on the booking, so please make sure it is correct and that you can be reached at the number on your profile. If nobody is there at the start of the lesson it may be recorded as a no-show.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to book after an update means you accept the updated terms.
